ROSS, Co-Founder, Executive V.P. and Director of Marketing and Sales
 Currently a Senior Executive Broker at Besen & Associates, Mr. Ross has successfully negotiated over $500 million dollars in sales transactions throughout the course of his 20 year career. In 2000 he co-founded PropertyRover.com, a successful internet based search engine utilized by some of the top Manhattan residential brokerage firms in the industry. His entrepreneurial ambitions and deep understanding of the ever changing dynamics of the NYC real estate marketplace has made him a leader in his respective fields. Mr. Ross is a graduate of the University of Maryland.

DAVID KAHANE, Co-Founder, Executive V.P. and Director of New Business Development
 Mr. Kahane has been locating, negotiating and securing commercial office space for 20+ years representing tenants and owners in their search to lease office, retail and showroom space. As a former Leasing Director with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. & Helmsley-Spear, Inc. Mr. Kahane’s experience includes brokerage, agency work, and institutional sales. His vast experience as a representative for both Tenants and Landlords, he demonstrates a unique and creative ability for deal structuring, with an emphasis on negotiating lease and sales transactions.

OREN KLEIN, Membership Coordinator
 Mr. Klein is a partner with Tranzon Integrated Property Group, which provides full service auction and real estate disposition services to corporations, financial institutions, trustees, individuals and estates throughout the U.S. Mr. Klein, brings more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience to his position. Before joining Tranzon, Mr. Klein was VP of Sales for the North East Region of Express Auction. He has also served as a technology consultant to several real estate companies including brokerages, investment firms, insurance agencies, etc. Mr. Klein is an Auctioneer and licensed Real Estate Broker in NY, CT & NJ. He received his B.A. at Rutgers University.

 Steve Felix is Senior Vice President at Institutional Real Estate, Inc. He also holds the titles of Associate Publisher of The Institutional Real Estate Letter and Publisher of The Institutional Real Estate Letter-Europe. Steve has been active in many areas of the commercial real estate industry including development, workouts, leasing, consulting and Internet start-ups. Since 1973 he has cultivated a network that is both broad and deep. Steve writes a weekly e-mail column called "On the Road" which is read by more than 7,300 people world wide. He is very visible as a moderator and panelist at global real estate events.
