 Mr. Ross has successfully negotiated hundreds of investment sales transactions throughout the course of his career. In 2000 he co-founded PropertyRover.com, a successful internet based search engine utilized by some of the top Manhattan residential brokerage firms in the industry. His entrepreneurial ambitions and deep understanding of the ever changing dynamics of the NYC real estate marketplace has made him a leader in his respective fields.

 Mr. Kahane founder of DAK Commercial Realty has been locating, negotiating and securing commercial office space for 20+ years representing tenants and owners in their search to lease office, retail and showroom space. As a former Leasing Director with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. & Helmsley-Spear, Inc. Mr. Kahane’s experience includes brokerage, agency work, and institutional sales. His vast experience as a representative for both Tenants and Landlords, he demonstrates a unique and creative ability for deal structuring, with an emphasis on negotiating lease and sales transactions.

 Mr. Klein is a partner with Tranzon Integrated Property Group, which provides full service auction and real estate disposition services to corporations, financial institutions, trustees, individuals and estates throughout the U.S. Mr. Klein, brings more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience to his position. Before joining Tranzon, Mr. Klein was VP of Sales for the North East Region of Express Auction. He has also served as a technology consultant to several real estate related companies. Mr. Klein is an Auctioneer and licensed Real Estate Broker in NY, CT & NJ. He received his B.A. at Rutgers University.

Ori Klein has over 16 years of experience in software consulting, technology and web design with companies of all sizes including small startups, national franchises and fortune 500’s. Ori has worked with numerous real estate companies to help them conceptualize, implement and design customized business solutions through the use of technology. His successes have ranged from building commercial real estate listing engines to national auction databases. He is also the co-founder of the web-based real estate auction site PropertyAuction.com and Manhattan based residential listing powerhouse PropertyRover.com.
